Well, that's a situation I wouldn't like to have, reminds me of that one time at secondary school when I sat in front of the class and remember sleeping while dreaming I was awake and thought "if I'm already awake then I shouldn't be worried that I'm sleeping" which was a weird thought process I had, then my teacher woke me up while the entire class already stood up it was scary, WTF am I even talking about?! It sounds it does come from a videogame (SNES game to be exact) but it also sounds to me like I'm wacthing a 90s cartoon series with an action scene while this plays, I like it.
