It sounds cute, happy at most, and brought a smile to my face while hearing it.

It sounds it does come from a videogame (SNES game to be exact) but it also sounds to me like I'm wacthing a 90s cartoon series with an action scene while this plays, I like it.

Mid 1980s to mid 1990s style video game music is what I listen to the most of and might be most inclined to attempt to evoke, so I am glad if some of that inspiration seems to be effective.
